At Glassygooptics.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Sunglasses Exchange Policy

Sunglasses are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be:

Unused and unworn

Free from scratches, damage, or defects

Returned in original and proper packaging, including the case and accessories

Products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
2. Prescription Glasses Policy

Prescription lenses are custom-made, therefore:

The lens price will NOT be considered in any exchange or return

Only the frame value may be considered, subject to approval and condition

No exchange or return will be entertained once prescription glasses are used or altered.
3. General Return & Exchange Conditions

All return or exchange requests must be made within the given time frame (7 days).

Delivery and return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges will only be covered by Soshades.pk if the product is delivered damaged or faulty.

Proof (photos or video) may be required for damaged or faulty item claims.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
